Mz.Freeze

Unlike traditional ice cream shops, our flavors aren't pre-made or waiting to be scooped from a tub. Every creation at Mz. Freeze begins with our in-house vanilla ice cream base, made fresh daily—but vanilla is only the starting point.

Your selected ingredients are added directly to the base and chopped, crushed, and blended together on our freezing-cold plate. As they're mixed throughout the base, they transform the flavor of the ice cream itself. So when you order a strawberry creation, fresh strawberries aren't simply added on top—they're blended into the ice cream to create that strawberry flavor. The same process happens with cookies, chocolate, nuts, and the other ingredients that make each creation unique.

Once your flavor is created, we spread the ice cream thin across the plate, hand-roll it, and finish it with your toppings. Your ice cream goes from our fresh base to your finished flavor right before your eyes—made individually, one order at a time.
